Nutritional Freedom is about exploring the possibilities of all those “what ifs.” In the 12-week program, we'll have weekly 1:1 coaching video calls, and you'll get access to a series of video lessons (taught by yours truly), homework exercises, a Facebook community of other Nutritional Freedom-seekers.
It all starts with a Whole30, which I’ll help prepare you for and guide you through. Then we cover reintroduction, tracking progress, building confidence, dealing with less than supportive friends/family, maintaining health while you date, travel, socialize, and otherwise enjoy your life, plus much more. All in favor of arriving at total, magical, beautiful freedom.
